I took shot my first role of file in my new Holga camera. The negatives came back washed out for the most part. I'm thinking that too much exposure would have made them dark. The negatives were almost clear.

I was traveling so the film was x-rayed twice. I read that film should be able to handle x-rays 5 times.

I did spray painted the inside of the camera like the various web sites suggested.

I had the little red window exposure counter taped over, but I did peal the tape back when I advanced the film.

Do you think I need to tape up the sides? Maybe it was the x-ray? Any other suggestions would be cool. Thanks
